Responsibilities:
- Monitors and assesses market situations and trends in CIS countries (macro-economical and political situation, market demand, competitors activities, market supply);
- Collects information on changes in legislation, taxation, custom duties, homologation and other related data that may influence company`s business in CIS;
- Prepares and consolidates Business presentations, analytical observes, preparation of presentation, materials for the meeting with Management;
- Monitors key sales figures and makes analysis to evaluate the results and identify improvements;
- Ensures necessary education for distributors personnel, shares Russia`s best practices;
- Participates in Cross-functional work (task force teams);
- Provides day-to-day supervision of Distributors activities and support Distributors personnel;
- Directs the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc., and evaluates data to ensure that country sales targets are achieved.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills, good competence in Excel;
- Good experience in making presentations in Power Point, ability to express ideas clearly and logically;
- English level: upper-intermediate;
- Experience in automotive industry: 5 years +
