Logistics Projects Management in LafargeHolcim Russia including (CAPEX, OPEX, OH&S projects); Implementation and application of ERP (Enterprise resource planning) for cement and aggregate business, including such systems as SAP LE, LOGON (order taking and distribution) and SCHENCK (Local dispatching - turnkey) systems; PET (Process Expert Team) member - represent LafargeHolcim Russia in implementation of all Group initiatives and projects for supply chain business area; Management and control over logistics process KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for acting ERP systems on the OpCo level (Click view, Jira tools); Realization of RSP (Road Safety Program) on the contry level - both own and TP fleet; Control over all LEAN logistics initiatives/projects (Trackit tool)

Project &LEAN initiatives management; planning and execution stages, cost control in line with the budget. The most critical projects are: Feasibility study for the new production line; Feasibility study for the new power plant; hand over to authorities of Red October plant facilities - land, quarry, licenses; outsourcing of the plant maintenance workshop(~100 employees); implementation of EBM (European Business Model) and in particular Local dispatch system (SCHENCK) at Volsk Cement plant and Kazan cement terminal; Elaboration of business/functional plans, Plant Master Plan, Business Risk Management; Elaboration of budget and control of Corporate Manufacturing Cost Center; Development and support of proper business communication with authorities, between the departments, Holcim and other partner companies
